J'accuse, Nancy Pelosi!

The Associated Press: Dingell hospitalized in Washington

Nancy Pelosi engineered the ousting of John Dingell from his committee chairmanship in order to put her pig-nosed toadie, Henry Waxman, in the center square.

Why does Nancy Pelosi hate crippled old men?

If he dies, Madam Speaker, it is on your head.

A Question For My Fellow Trekkies

Lwaxana Troi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Other than throwing the wife/widow a bone, can anyone explain to me why they wrote nine episodes of TNG & DS9 that featured this character?

When I realize she is in an episode I immediately delete it. Annoying.

Just So I'm Clear On This

So, according to Oliver Stone, JFK was killed by a conspiracy involving Cuban exiles, the CIA, the military-industrial complex, the Mafia and the right-wing "homosexual underworld."

Mr. Beck? Oliver Stone on line 2.

Go For Platinum

Are you in the market for an engagement ring?

When I was going shopping for The Ring it was nerve racking. I mean, what did I know about buying an engagement ring? It isn't as though I had ever purchased one before. I wanted to get a good ring but what does that mean? I also wanted to get a reasonable... Okay, let's be honest... I wanted to get a deal. Nobody wants to get cheated, right?

If you are out there tying to pick the perfect ring then let me make at least one suggestion: consider platinum. I'm not knocking gold, but a platinum ring is the highest quality you are going to find. A platinum engagemet ring is a lifetime investment so you might as well get the best. It holds its value, it's luxurious and it is durable.

A platinum engagement ring will hold tightly onto your diamond. That's important when she is going to be wearing it for a lifetime. It also retains its color with wear so it will look as bright and shiny after 50 years as it does on your wedding day.

30 times rarer than gold and of a high density that gives it a solid substance and weight that will suggest quality, a platinum ring is your best choice.

Now, full disclosure, I went with gold. I'm not going to tell you that gold is a bad choice because it isn't. Platinum is just, simply, the best. If you can, why not go with the best?

Don't Do It, J.J.

Star Trek: Blame Time Travel For Kirk's Scarred Psyche

Obviously, take this link with a grain of salt since it is just third-hand commentary trying to explain why, in the new trailers for the upcoming Star Trek reboot movie, James T. Kirk seems like... Well... A little bit of an asshole.

The theory is essentially that time-traveling Romulans managed to kill Kirk's parents and, as a result, he ended up living with his abusive Uncle Frank. Abusive childhood = reckless Kirk.

Now, I was incredibly wrong about the reboot of Battlestar Galactica. I knew... KNEW that it would suck royally but, of course, it actually rocks. Because of that, I am withholding judgment until I actually see Abrams' vision of Trek.

That being said, if he manages to take the Trek that has been, quite honestly, a huge part of my life and turns it into young adult angst and psychobabble... I am not going to be a happy man. Not happy at all.

Consider this a warning, Abrams.

It Just Keeps Going On and On.

In between playing moron trivia and talking up his new book, Gleen Beck continues telling us that we're going to be eating grub worms bynext Christmas.

Now, I am not going to suggest that the economy is good because it isn't. It isn't even close. I'm not even going to suggest that this is a typical downturn of the kind we've gotten used to over the last 20 years. It's not.

The problem is that however much politicians and the media might have screamed panic and pain during the last two downturns (early 90s and around 9/11), neither recession was much more than a hiccup in a long term economic run that stretches back to the early 80s. In other words, we have not felt a genuine recession of any meaningful size in more than 25 years. Glenn Beck was 18 in 1982, he's about 43 now. Now, most of us are not paying all that much attention to the broader economy when we are 18. Glenn was probably paying even less than most since, if you know his personal story, you realize that he had a massively screwed up childhood (his mom committed suicide when he was 13). He had a failed marriage and sank into alcoholism and drug addiction. In other words, he probably wasn't finding the time to read the Journal everyday.

What I'm getting at is that neither Glenn Beck nor, for that matter, most of us, have direct, meaninful memories of a substantial economic downturn. I certainly don't. I was 10 in 1982. Most of the people you see on TV are either my age, Beck's age or not really very much older. Because of that, there is not much in the way of historical perspective. This is the worst economy many of us have ever seen so it must be the worst economy ever... Or since the Depression... Or whatever.

So, what I'm trying to suggest this Friday evening is that all of us need to relax just a little bit. If you're the guy losing your job then it doesn't matter what we call this, it hurts and it's scary. For the rest of us though, we would all be well-served to turn off the scary radio, watch a little less news, stop checking our 401ks every day and maybe, just maybe, calm the frack down.

Christmas Is Just Another Day For Some People

Sometimes we forget just how good we have it.

For a lot of people around the world, for a lot of children, Christmas is just another day of struggle and misery. When we are sitting around the Christmas tree enjoying presents and family, they are living in squalor. Even in the midst of a garbage dump like that in Payatas, Philippines.

Christmas For Payatas is a program that will let you spread a little Christmas cheer to people in desperate need. Here is a little more information on the infamous landfill and the people who make their lives there.

The landfill in Payatas, The Philippines, is notoriously known the world over as Smokey Mountain. For over 35 years, the smoking dump site has grown to become a stark and heart-tugging reminder of the desperate conditions of humanity.

On a daily basis, children pick through newly arrived garbage to collect material to sell. The earnings made by one child are not enough to even buy food for the day. Hence, entire families are forced to climb the mountain each day, hoping to earn enough to feed everyone. Children as young as four years old are forced to work in this daily struggle for survival.

In response to the plight of these children, Totedaddy.com is working with Lighthouse Center For Children Foundation to bring a little cheer to the children this Christmas.

Totedaddy.com has kicked off with a cash sponsorship of USD 10,000 to enable the children to celebrate Christmas. FusionExcel International has also pitched in a USD 5,000 in cash sponsorship. The money raised will help fund the projects already in place, and help fund additional projects aimed at providing better housing, and a means of livelihood for the Payatas community.

It is hoped that by creating better awareness to the plight of these children, more support can be garnered towards their betterment. Together we can bury poverty!

What's Wrong With America

Okay, maybe that's an overstatement.

You know, there are times when I wonder why I listen to talk radio. Or, at least, why I listen to the talk radio programs that I do. I mean, Glenn Beck is paranoid, Rush and Sean are constantly on the attack... It can become a little wearisome at times.

Yesterday, while waiting on an oil change, I was stuck in a waiting room in front of a TV tuned to the Maury Povich show. Now, I have a thing about changing the channels on TVs in public areas. I don't think anyone else was watching, but I just don't like to do that in case someone might be. Mama raised me to be polite... Or maybe a doormat... Sometimes they're pretty much the same thing.

Anyhoo... Maury is on. Now, I'm well aware of what goes on daily on this show (and others of its ilk). There is a world of difference between a general awareness, however, and actually being subjected to it. I have previously said that I think this sort of daytime TV is worse than pornography and I stand by that. There is ABSOLUTELY no redeeming value in this. Now, I'm not one who thinks that all entertainment has to be edifying in some way. There is a place for mindless enjoyment. This, however, is stupid people sitting in an audience watching stupid people make idiots of themselves by sharing intimate details of their personal lives. Meanwhile, the host, the production company, the syndicator, the TV station all make money from it. There is something very, very wrong about that.

Obviously there is an appetite for it since this show (and others) stay on the air. I'm certainly not going to suggest that it should be banned from the airwaves... Though I wish that local TV stations would have the decency to decide that they are either not going to air it or, if they are, they will do so very late at night. I don't like to hear that we should be doing this or that "for the children" since that's usually just a prescription for the nanny state. Still, I think there is something to be said for the idea that airing a program like this in the daytime, particularly the afterschool hours, is irresponsible.

I mean, when I got home from school I watched Star Trek! Now, I'm not saying this sort of programming wasn't on at the time because it probably was. I just wasn't interested in it. Ideally, parents would be exercising control over what children watch, but I wouldn't be especially troubled if the manager of a local TV station said that he couldn't in good conscience put this sort of garbage on TV.

Another Reason To Dislike Mike Huckabee

Huckabee Takes a Few Jabs | Politics | Christianity Today

Mike Huckabee, milking minute 14 of 15, has written a new book. Apparently, among other things, he takes a number of leaders of the religious right to task for not supporting him. It would seem that Mike remains convinced that somewhere along the way Jesus Christ himself patted him on the shoulder and announced to all the world, "That's my boy!"

Personally, I found Huckabee's use of religion cynical. I am definitely not the sort of person who believes religion should be excluded from the public or political sphere. Just the opposite, in fact. I think a person's religious beliefs say more about them than just about anything. As does a lack of belief. My problem is the crass way in which Huckabee peddled it.

What?!?!

You Can Take Your CFL's And You Can...

Green Is Universal

We come around again to NBC/Universal's annual act of piety toward the environmental scam movement. Last year we kicked it off with Bob Costas sitting in the dark, continued to have Matt, Ann and Al burn thousands of tons of carbon to get to the ends of the earth and continued with God only knows what else.

Can we here at The MediaBlog make a little suggestion to you the TV viewer? A way that you can do your part to "go green," "live sustainably" and "save the planet?"

TURN OFF YOUR FRACKING TV!!!

How's that working for you, Mr. Zucker?

He's Not That Dumb... Is He?

Officials: Obama Offered Clinton Secretary Of State

We take anything we read in The Huffington Post with a grain of salt, of course. I mean, this is where the original Black-people-are-turning-cannibal article came from. Still, even a stopped clock, am I right?

So, maybe it is right but I just have a hard time thinking that Obama is going to do this. I mean does he really want to be in the Clinton shadow? Bubba comes with Hillary and Bubba has a way of sucking all the air out of the room.

Who Cares?

Luke to GOP: Go Left | NewsBusters.org

Okay, we've thought this for awhile but we held off on saying it because, believe it or not, we do have a sense of decency here. A small sense, but a sense just the same.

Anyway, if you read ye olde blog very often you know that we particularly enjoy taking to task those who "ride the corpse." In a nutshell, it's when people make professional or political hay off the merits of what someone else who is now dead accomplished. Usually a parent. Like when Prancer (AKA Ron Reagan Jr) endorsed The Dear Leader and thought anyone would give two sharp short shits.

Today's episode of riding the corpse focuses on young, ill-coifed Luke Russert. Now, I'm all for looking after the widows and orphans... Hell, it's Biblical... Still, does anyone really think that Like would be a commentator for a well-respected national network NBC if the last name weren't Russert?

Today, Luke was offering his sage political counsel to the GOP. Go left, old man, he argues... The GOP would be a great party if it weren't so damned Conservative, saith Littler Russ. Out of the mouths of babes.

Sorry, Luke... We're not overly interested in the commentary of plenty of talking heads who actually have hair on their chest so why should we be interested in what you have to say? Because of who your dad was? Buzzz... Try again.

Look, Little Luke might someday have the journalistic and political chops his old man had. If he does it will be because he earned them , not because the Powers That Be bumped him to the head of the line.

Christmas Is Just Around The Corner

How many shopping days until Christmas?

Not enough, I can tell you that. We have not even started our Christmas shopping and, if this year holds true to the past then we are going to be hurrying around trying to find those last few gifts right before Christmas. I don't know why we always wait so long. Sometimes it is just plain laziness and, of course, sometimes money is a factor.

If money is a concern of yours this Christmas then you should know that it doesn't have to be. Now, I'm not suggesting that you buy gifts you can't afford. This is definitely not the time to be going into debt. Thankfully, K-mart has a way for you to get those presents you want for your family without maxing out the credit cards.

Kmart Layaway lets you select the gifts you want and set them aside without having to put them on a credit card. You lock in your price and you guarantee that the gift you are looking for will be available.

For example, maybe you are in the market for a handheld GPS navigator for dad. I know that's a present I would really love to give (or get). All you do is pick it out and put it on layaway at your local Kmart. You make a down payment and then a reasonable, affordable payment every two weeks until the item is paid for. At that point it is all yours. Take it home, wrap it and put it under the tree.

Like I said, now is not the best time to be going into debt. Get the gifts for your family (or yourself) that you want without piling up red ink. Give Kmart layaway a try at your local Kmart store!

Not To Get All Glenn Beck-y On You

Amazon.com: Crisis and Leviathan: Critical Episodes in the Growth of American Government (A Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy Book): Robert Higgs: Books

Consider it a MediaBlog book recommendation to give you some idea of why we should be at least a little bit afraid of the incoming administration.

“Rule one: Never allow a crisis to go to waste,” (Obama Chief of Staff Rahm) Emanuel said in an interview on Sunday. “They are opportunities to do big things.”

Yes. Yes, they are. And that's the problem.

Find The Right Space For You

As it happens, I'm in the market for some website hosting at the moment. I just canceled my plan with my former provider. It wasn't that they didn't do a great job because they did. The problem was that I was paying for a lot of services that I just don't need. I mean, no matter how good the price you might be getting, you are not getting a good deal if you are paying for things you just do not need.

I think my problems came from the fact that when I was picking a hosting provider the last time around I was so focused on the price that I didn't give enough thought to what I was getting for my money. If I had focused on what I was getting I might have realized that I was sort of getting overcharged.

Before I make a choice of a new hosting provider I am going to visit webhostinggeeks.com so I can get the full scoop. Whatever your need for hosting space, these guys will break it down so you don't get snowed by flashy ads and a deceptively low price. They will make sure you have all the information you need to make a smart choice.

What are you waiting for? Find the right web hosting provider for your individual needs by visiting webhostinggeeks.com

So Terry McAuliffe is going to be running for governor of The Old Dominion. Hmm... Not that being as asshole ever served as a real barrier to high elective office. Still, one thinks that the former Clinton bagman (and are you EVER really a "former Clinton" anything... you try to get out and they keep pulling you back in) might have carried asshole to such a high level as to be disqualifying.

The Better To See You With, My Dear

Everyone knows that the economy is going through a rough patch right now. Even if things maybe aren't quite as bread-lines-and-Grapes-of-Wrath as the cable news channels might have you believe it's hard to suggest that there aren't a lot of people out there having a tough time of it.

Even here at MediaBlog HQ we are being a little more careful with our money. Not that we are ever anything but thrifty but this is the sort of time when you have to prioritize. For example, we're doing our best to cut back on some of the optional things like eating out or movies. Nothing major, but every little bit helps.

If you are in the market for eyeglasses then I think I can help you out with a great way to save money on your next purchase. Zenni Optical can help you find the eyeglasses that you want at a price that won't take a big chunk out of your budget. You want to get the frames that will fit your style. I mean, a great price isn't a great deal if it is for a pair of glasses that make you look like a... Well... You get the idea. Zenni has the right frames to fit every face. They can make you look your best.

Don't wait a second longer. Don't let the stresses and strains of the economy keep you from getting the eyeglasses you need. Check out the great selection available through Zenni today.

That Was The Week That Was

I can't let this week end without saying something.

We here at The MediaBlog obviously did not support Barack Obama. We have very little hope that the Obama presidency will be a success as we would define success. We have even less hope that we will find much on which we agree with President-elect Obama. We did not and do not buy into the idea that Barack Obama, by simply existing, has somehow transformed America. He is not the messiah.

With that out of the way, I do think it is important that we acknowledge that something very impressive happened this week. This week, America demonstrated very clearly that it is the society most of us Conservatives have long known it to be rather than the sort of place too many Leftists believed (and probably still believe) it is.

I am very disappointed that Barack Obama will be our next president, but I am also very proud of my county... And not for the first time in my adult life.

That Settles It. I'm Moving.

Not sure if it's Alaska or Ukraine, but I'm either headed north or east.

A Picturepalooza!

Nope, not all blogporn. Some, but not all. After all, man does not live by hotties alone. Wait... What am I saying?

Starting off with The Dear Leader... We didn't vote for him, probably never would... We're also straight as an arrow. Still, you've got to admit that this is a hell of a picture:

And now, moving on...  One is the loneliest number:

Okay, enough of that... Need some blogporn? Sure you do. It's been a rough week. Hows about Megyn Kendall (Kelly) in this red number? We've seen her in this before but not at this angle. And it's a nice angle:

And finally... A couple of shots of Chris Jansing filling in a nice, snug sweater dress. Is that what it's called? Think so. Whatever you call it... Damn! Even when she's standing behind a table... Damn! Why can't we get Miss Amy wearing a little number like this? Huh? Are you listening Amy? I mean... Damn!

It's Good To Be The Despot

Now I want all of you to watch because I'm literally about to punch this retarded woman square in the face.

He's Already Getting Things Done

Is it a coincidence that the Dow was up about 210 points when Barack Obama began his press conference and, after about ten minutes, it's up 77?

Am I The Only One Who Sees The Irony Here?

America Serves | Change.gov | Office of the President-Elect

Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year.

United States Constitution | Amendment 13

1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for serving others. And if the Bloglet chooses to do so then I will be very proud of her. If, on the other hand, The Dear Leader decides to pull her out of her 8th grade English class to work with ACORN then maybe I won't be quite as thrilled.

And I'm sure the Komsomol will help bring in the wheat harvest as well. All for the glory of the Motherland!

Women Are Stupid

At least, 46% of Minnesota women are. I mean, how can it be that a plurality of Minnesota women voted for Al Fracken? I mean Al Franken? Do you really want your state to be represented in Washington by an idiot/cartoon character? Yeah, I know... Jesse Ventura... Minnesota has a history of picking fruitcakes.

Why McCain Lost

1. When you are four weeks out from the election and you have everyone from the President of the United States on down getting on TV and saying that if we don't spend $700 billion TODAY then your children are going to be in breadlines you are not creating an environment that helps the incumbent party candidate. It is very little short of amazing to me that McCain even kept it close given the level of economic terror that was created in this country.

2. When your opponent can outspend you four or five to one it is very hard to get your message out. Obama made the cynical but entirely logical decision to forego public financing. McCain, who had no realistic possibility of being able to match him dollar-for-dollar, decided to stick with the system.

3. McCain was never able to convince people that they should fear an Obama presidency. Republicans have made a lot of hay out of convincing the electorate that their opponents are radicals. In some cases it's more true than others. And in some cases it's more successful than others. It never worked very well with Bill Clinton because, in all honesty, he really wasn't a radical. He was center-left. In his first couple of years he tried to be left-of-center-left but he quickly realized that it wouldn't work and he pulled back. The odd thing is that Obama, in terms of his associations and his voting record, genuinely is rather radical. The problem is that McCain waited too long to point it out and never seemed entirely comfortable doing so.

...And, no, Sarah Palin had nothing to do with it. As I said before, Palin's excited the base and helped get them to the polls. The people who hated her were never likely to vote for McCain anyway.

Elect Barack Obama Or The Cities Will Burn

The Final Days by Susan Estrich on Creators.com - A Syndicate Of Talent

Susan Estrich is not some unknown radical with a blog. She is a fixture of Democrat politics. Her latest column essentially says that if Barack Obama loses it will be because of racism and there will be riots the likes of which you have never seen.

I completely disagree with the former proposition. There are a thousand good reasons to vote against Barack Obama. His race is pretty much the only bad reason to vote against him.

As for the latter...

I don't know if there will be riots if Barack Obama loses. I like to think there wouldn't be. I like to think that. I don't know that I believe it, but I like to think it.

What I do know is that fear of riots (let's not use any cliche like "civil unrest") is NOT a reason to vote for Barack Obama. It isn't a reason to stay home either. We are not that country. Yeah, we sue each other at the drop of a hat, but we don't start burning things because we don't like the results of an election. Even more, we don't knuckle under to threats.

You Can Judge A Man By His Friends

The Manifesto of the Weather Underground

What would we be saying if Barack Obama had strong personal, professional and political ties to the Unabomber? How about Timothy McVeigh?

Friends, everyone needs to understand that there is no difference between Bill Ayers, Ted Kaczynski and Timothy McVeigh. Each and every one of them is an unrepentant American terrorist. Well, there is one difference:

Kaczynski is in the supermax federal prison in Florence, Colorado.

McVeigh was executed by lethal injection at the federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana.

and...

Bill Ayers is a professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago who, in his spare time, hosts poltical fundraisers for certain up-and-coming Chicago politicians. One in particular.

The link above is to the manifesto of Ayers' terrorist group, The Weather Underground. It is undersigned by "Billy" Ayers. One wonders if Senator Obama refers to his good friend as Billy?

A man with judgment this poor. A man who has among his closest associates and mentors an anti-American terrorist and a racist minister has neither the character nor the judgment to lead the United States of America. We cannot place the safety and security of our nation... Of our families... In the hands of a man who has consistently shown such poor judgment.

Ye shall know them by the company they keep... Birds of a feather flock together... Both holy scripture and common expression remind us that you can know a great deal about a man by understanding the people he chooses... Chooses... To bring into his life. What do Barack Obama's choices tell us about him?

If you have already voted then it is too late. What is done cannot be undone. If you have not, then I urge you to stop and think. Weigh these things in your mind and heart. We each bear the consequences of our choices. We are each responsible for the decisions we make. Do you want to be responsible for delivering your children's lives into the hands of this man?

The choice is yours.

This Really Shouldn't Be A Difficult Choice For Anyone

John McCain served longer in a POW camp than his opponent has in the United States Senate.
-Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger

At the end of the day it really is as simple as that. A genuine hero who has fought and bled for his country or a lightweight Chicago-machine politician.

Peace and Quiet?

Obama promises transformational changed if elected - Yahoo! News

First of all, the story is three hours old and they still haven't fixed the typo in the headline.

Now, here's the real problem:

Democrat Barack Obama says voters can end divisive politics "once and for all" if they elect him to the White House in three days.

Do you know who else ended divisive politics "once and for all"? That would be Adolf Hitler.

Now, no, I'm not comparing Obama to Hitler. I don't do that bullshit (unlike plenty of my "friends" on the Left). What I am saying though is that divisive politics is the nature of democratic government. We disagree on things. We are divided on the issues. It is natural that our politics would be divisive. We argue, we debate. That is the very essence of freedom.

The only way you get rid of divisive politics is to get rid of politics entirely. If you eliminate opposition and allow only one set of views to be heard then division goes away and you have peace. The peace of the grave or the security of the slave.

The List Gets Longer

Obama says he didn't know aunt's illegal status - Yahoo! News

What list? Why the list of things Barack Obama didn't know:

-Didn't know his aunt is an illegal alien living illegally in public housing.

-Didn't know his pastor of 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, preached a doctrine of race hatred and anti-Americanism.

-Didn't know his mentor and friend, Bill Ayers, is an unrepentant terrorist who attacked our military.

What else doesn't Barack Obama know?

Maybe I'll Just Move To Alaska Then

If you people can't get off your asses and make this woman the Veep then maybe I'll just have to move to Alaska and freeze my knackers off.

The One Is Wasting His Money

Back during the primaries I complained a bit about getting a ton of calls from Romney and McCain. That's the price of getting an absentee ballot, I guess. They know you intend to vote so they pester the hell out of you. I've only gotten one call during the general election, though. It was for McCain. The campaign probably doesn't have the money for a ton of robo-calls at this point.

Here's what's weird though... Mrs. MediaBlog, who is also a registered Republican and also an absentee voter, has gotten a number of calls. Not from McCain or the Republicans, but from the Obama campaign. She got one about five minutes ago offering her a couple of free access passes for when Plugs Biden visits our little burg tomorrow. Now, I'm sure you can scalp backstage passes to a Joe Biden event for at least five to ten cents. Still, I am more likely to go to a Joe Biden event than Mrs. MediaBlog ever is. I have sort of a soft spot for Plugs even if I don't like Obama. Mrs. MediaBlog could care less between them. As far as she's concerned they're both baby-killers and that pretty much ends the subject for her.

So, I don't know how much it costs the Obama folks to make a single robo-call but it was wasted money here.

And, by the way, if you want to know what number to avoid when it pops up on your caller ID, it's 877-697-6622. That's 877-MY-IN-OBAMA. Cute, huh? No, I don't think so either.

And Now Obama Has Locked Up The Prancing Vote

Ron Reagan: Making It Official: I Endorse Barack Obama

Shocker, huh?

Little Ronny, who has made a career out of riding Dad's corpse and embarrassing/disappointing his parents, continues with the program. I'm personally not a believer in the value of endorsements to start out with, but even if you do care about endorsements is there anyone out there whose vote is going to be swayed by Ronny pulling Obama's lever? (make of that phrase what you will)

I mean, maybe he will go up by 0.1% among failed third-rate ballet dancers but that's a fairly limited demo. You know, if the Huffington Post had to pay for paper and ink they wouldn't even have bothered printing this.
